OK...I searched and I don't see anyone talked about Vitamin B12 here. Anyone here take them?? I'm very very intrigue by this....I REALLY wanna try so I can boost my energy but have never give myself shots before (I'm terrify of needles!!!) Anyone here want to share their experience???

Do to my bruising( still after 9mo!) I went to the doc and had them do blood work to make sure nothing was wrong. Turns out im completely healthy other than low b12. So I started getting b12shots to help with my brusing...I have not been able to see or feel much difference. But maybe thats because I was low on it. They are gonna retest me in a month to make sure Im absorbing it. It didnt give me that energy boost I had read about, either. I was kinda bummed, but everybody is different.

Why do you need the vitamins injected? I take several kinds of vitamins B as a normal powder supplement. Are you that deficient that you need injections of it to work? And why shouldn't you get bruises after 9 months? 😕 I've been poling for over a year now and I'm constantly covered with bruises, despite applying Traumeel on a regular basis ..

I get a b-12 shot weekly for months now. I love them. I feel more alert and also hyrdated. It helps with waking up in the morning..Once I am up I am up and alert. My own other positive thing is that when drinking a little too mush..you get milder hangovers..I think it's to do with B-12 and hydration. I used to take B suppliments (pill or pwder)..I got a groupon for the shot and I just like it better.
i tried the shots for a while to see if it would help with my wrist pain...it was ok i guess. only down side is that you have to stick with it for a while and im not too fond of shots🤮

I love B12 shots. I have had them a few times everytime was when I had a cold and right when it was injected was a burst of feel good energy. Great energy booster and I love how alert I was after. But I do have a bottle of OTC B12 in my medicine cabinet and I was taking them regularly with fish oil- then I gave them a break for a while. No reason at all other than being lazy with taking the pill everyday... =/
