I have been doing some shoulder conditioning workout every other day, I was thinking of writing down some lessons and doing them for example shoulder conditioning routine, fireman spin, prance. day 2 legs and abs routine, pole sit, basic plank, etc. I did buy the digital copy of cleo's rockin legs and abs so i will be doing that as well.

I want to get into a routine and stick with it, cause i havent been consistent in my workouts.If any body has any more ideas please let me know.

You can try one of the 30 day programs as well. Even if you can't do all of the tasks perfectly it will give you a guideline.
