    MY definition of power pole is using momentum and strength to execute moves.
    I would like to start to power poling;playing with momentum, drops, and pops.
    Does anyone have any lessons, suggestions, advice as to where i can go for lessons and techniques. Or if anyone has exlerience with this just drop knowledge below.
