    You can still have depression and anxiety even if you… “have it all” even if you… “appear” to be happy. The worst part? You might feel you have no right to be sad or complain about things that upsets you, because well, look…you “have it all!” 🙄 This mindset makes you feel trapped and alone. I wanted to reach out. To say, I understand, I feel you, I care. 💞 For real if you ever need to talk, I’m here.

    Don’t guilt yourself when you feel depressed or anxious. It turns into a vicious cycle. If I allow myself to feel my emotions without guilt, it passes sooner. Times are extremely challenging for EVERYONE right now. Allow the feelings and then find something productive to focus your energy on. 😘

    I see you, I hear you, I care. This will pass. Take a deep breath, inhale to 4 count, hold for 4 count and exhale for 8 count. Do it Again. Much Love To All
