    Xpole microbase stuck

    Hello,
    My xpole microbase is stuck.
    I guess I tightened the screws with the curved section instead of the flat. I unscrewed them and the base up to the point that the flat section ends is out but the tip is still stuck inside the pole. I dont know what else to do.
    Please help
