    X pole center peice that’s connects both poles together defect

    So I just got my pole in today and was so excited to set it up and for some reason the only peice not wrapped in plastic it work. It didnt connect the poles together they key is bent and doesnt fit in its slot. Also the pole looked used and had huge scratches on the inside of the pole. I’m pretty dissatisfied when I just paid $340 towards an X pole I cant use and looks used. Did anyone else have this problem??
