Week 5 VIP plan is all about Attitude 😎 You might also know this as a Pinwheel. I've recently uploaded 5 new lessons that use the attitude pose! I'll share methods for both static and spinning pole and you'll learn a few grip options as well.

In addition to the 4 spins and 1 climb, I'll provide 7 different exercises and stretches to help improve your attitude pose. PSsst these exercises will give you a kick a$$ booty🍑🍑🍑

Exercises for everyone! Do 8 - 16 reps 1 - 3 Sets for all

Rear leg hook crunch [www.studioveena.com]

Booty lift [www.studioveena.com]

Stretches: Hold for 30 seconds or more.
Butterfly stretch [www.studioveena.com]

I tried the attitude climb the other day and really liked it!
I'd done an attitude spin before going into a climb before but thanks for the idea of adding the pose in the air between climbs too :)
Looking forward to trying the rear leg hook crunch too
