Tongue piericnf
So I got my tongue pierced 3 days ago and I’m wondering if it’s normal during to healing process for the actuall bar to have move forwards creating a bigger hole that I can see ? I don’t really know what to do apart from clean it or if its normal ..help

Generally when you get your tongue pierced they first put in a really long bar as the tongue swells up; mine felt huge, like it was touching the top and bottom of my mouth at the same time ! So when the swelling goes down there will be a lot more ‘movement’ of this long bar and yes it can come forward and make the hole look bigger. did they say anything about going back to have a shorter bar put in after it has healed a bit?
