New routines for Splits training

Hi guys!

I wanted to let you know about 2 brand new flexibility routines I've just added. You can find them in the ROUTINES strength conditioning and stretch section. []

These routines are live so I'm moving and sweating along with you! I'm in love with this style of flexibility training as there's so much more to it than sit and hold a pose. These routines were developed to help strengthen and prepare the muscles necessary for active flexibility. In addition to this you'll train your nervous system to accept and enjoy these flexy postures. I personally find this style of stretching more beneficial for gaining flexibility than traditional static stretching.

So excited for these!! Do you have a recommendation for how to fit them into your 30 day flexy program (or days 14-30 for those of us doing it on repeat)?

Try swapping it for one of the routines. Like any of the splits or lower body ones. 🥰
