Name That Move – Cool Kick/Split Transition
Anyone know what the move is called at 1:24 in this video? It’s some funky, kick, splits turn-over transition thingy. I’m also wondering if it (or a variation of it) can be done without full front splits. It looks like a kick-ass way to get to the floor!

Kind of reminds me of an “illusion” (It’s a gymnast/dance move) but it’s not quite the same. The clip in the video is so fast it’s hard to tell. ☺

Thanks dustbunny! I just looked up illusion and it kind of does look like one of those but with a pole! Think I might need waaaaay more flexibility before I attempt this one! Still, it’s something really cool to work towards. 🙂
