    Thought I would start a thread on the yoga challenge. You guys can post here if you want or if someone else wants to make one that is fine too.

    So, Day 1 Downward Dog Go figure that I didn’t have a lot of time this morning to do the challenge so I did it at work. Like I said on Instagram, I guess it doesn’t matter where you do it as long as you do!

    Day 3: chaturanga – THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER EXERCISE! Good tutorial here http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-6631/How-to-Do-Chaturanga-the-Right-Way.html – doing it on knees is best if you are new to yoga.

    I am looking at a giant jellyfish in the canal which is distracting me from the hideousness of holding this pose.

    Aw thanks Trop. I’m always jealous of your backdrops 🌴 but yes, I love my trees in May. That’s actually a different pink tree than yesterday. Lots of pink blooming this time of year 🙂

    Day 4 up dog: I had a nice time flowing this from down dog to plank/chaturanga to up dog after pole practice: it will always be a fav warm up or warm down.

    I did this one outside after Jillian Micheals and a short pole practice. I will do a longer pol practice tonight after my son gets home. So far I have enjoyed all of these poses!

    Day 5: Warrior Pose. Someone very helpful on Instagram told me that I need to get my shin more perpendicular with the floor and my knees more in line with my feet, so I will have to work on that. But, here is the challenge for today.

    Day 5….should that back heel be on the floor? How do you flow into and out of this move?
