Hi, Veena. I have been trying this move for ages, with little success. Your tip on keeping hips pushed forward seems promising, but I don't see how I can keep my hips pushed forward from a cupid while bending over to grab the pole with the bottom arm. What am I missing?

Could be hamstring flexibility if you're having trouble with the reach down.

Oh, could also be week adductors not allowing you to keep pushing.

I am on my third day and I just love your lessons, the pole hold strength practice is exactly what I needed and I can't believe that other studios don't instruct you with this kind of basic practice
