Inverting using forearm
I’m on this Facebook group and a plus size dancer inverted with her forearm and I am impressed and it looked much easier. She went right into a chopper

Are you asking a question?
The forearm invert can work if you have short limbs. It’s not something that everyone should try as it can put a lot of strain on those of us who have long limbs and more leverage to work with.
