How do i strenghten my hips

Everytime i invert i feel like my hips dont fall in place or like my butt sages even when i climb how do i correct this. I need to be properly stack to advance to other moves

Can you explain a bit more? Are you saying you feel like your hips are loose or unsupportive when dancing?

I am starting over and finding that your way is much better then what I was taught the first time around. I might have been level 2 and performing what you have as advanced but it wasn't safely taught nor was there any strength training.
