Help with xpole mount
Hi all, I sent a message to xpole customer support some days ago and haven’t heard back 🙁 I’m moving my pole to the garage and want to install it with a permanent mount. Garages, being part of the outside of the house, have a slight elevation so I was thinking that the vaulted ceilings mount would be what I needed but, can the angle be adjusted? The angle would be minimal but it’s still not perfectly straight so I would imagine the regular permanent mount wouldn’t work. Does anyone know the answer??! Thank you in advance ðŸ™

They make a vaulted ceiling mount I have 2 and they work great! Make sure it’s this one https://xpoleus.com/shop-all/accessories/mounts/ball-mount/ the ball mount.

So turns out that the Canadian site doesn’t have the ball mount, the one on the site has more of a rectangular base plate (for vaulted ceilings), would that work too??

Yep, I have that kind too…I didn’t know if they still made them.
