Bow and Arrow
Finally got this move today! and here I was thinking I wouldn’t because I’ve been feeling really bad because of my allergies. Wasn’t sure my body would really be in the mood for it but alas, I was able to get this move today. now I just need to make sure I don’t pull shorts off when doing it heheh

Yay! That move is so scary to me! Facing the ground like that, my brain has itself a little freak out 😉 I love the look of it, though! I can do the legs part from an elbowstand.
