So I ordered my pole yesterday and want some videos too...which would people recommend? Not too concernd with routines, more of moves, stretching...thanks

Hi, Veena's lessons have everything you've mentioned. The other girls have mentioned that Alethea Austin and Felix's dvds are good. Hope this helps:-)

I have Alethea Austin's Floorwork DVD and its not only awesome to watch but really good at teaching you that slinky flexy sexy floorwork she does....or achieve something like it. {Cause lets face it that women is like a floorworking unicorn. lol.}

Not to threadjack but I've been reading reviews and I can't really find what the big differences are between Alethea's DVDs and Felix'. I've just heard that they're both awesome. Any thoughts?
I have alethea's splits dvd & stretching for pole dvd....LOVE them both for stretching :)
