have been trying to upload a video but it says it's been processing for over an hour now and no joy. am i doing something wrong? am uploading from a dvd.

There are several threads here with the same issue. If they are not compressed I have had 5 minute videos take up to 3 hours to load.

@teresawitch - I have checked your processes. You are trying to upload an actual DVD file which is slightly more complex than a standard video file and can't just be uploaded to a video service. In order to upload this file you will need to use a program such as Handbrake http://handbrake.fr/ to change it to something such as an AVI or MP4 file.
i did it thanks to you webmaster and the converter you recommended thank you so much for your help.
