Hi ,we bought quicktime pro software to rotate the video 90 degrees to portrait upright and sent it in that way but I can see that it downloaded sideways.What happened? ❓ Can you flip it over? Thanks

I wish I knew the answer to this question so I could shoot my vids long ways cuz my pole room is so small all my shots r super close up.

Does anybody know what format of video to send in to download to this website? And how can we delete the first vid that is sideways so I can send it in properly? Thanks

At the moment only webmaster can delete....I can't even help you out there. Just send us an email and he can delete the funny one. I can't help you with your other question. 😨

Hi, so I redownloaded my first vid again last night and it went in upright. I could see it in my profile and the sideway vid was gone in my profile. But this morning even the upright one was gone. What happened to it? Thanks

What happened to it? Thanks The server was down for just a few minutes and it must have been while your video was still uploading. Go ahead and upload it now, he's not working on it this morning so it should work fine now. 😉 Thanks so much for you patients ☀️ As you might have notices I have a new video that isn't working properly either, so I can't wait until the bugs 👽 are all fixed. 🌈

Hi Veena and webmaster, so i uploaded an upright vid. I lost alot of the quality converting it into atv format to upload upright. But its in showing up in my profile. My question is it says still processing ,come back soon, how long does it take to be able to view it? Thanks for your patience. 🌸 Joni
