Video On Streching

I would love to see some video on streching techniques. I do pilates on my total gym but sometimes I would just love to do stretching exercises without using any machines. Other than that,...THIS WEBSITE IS AWESOME!!! I am so glad I joined!!! 😀

A nice stretching routine is one of the next things on my to do list for the new lessons, for now if you have the lessons check out the cool down, that is where the stretching is for now!!! Great suggestion.
