Hi there, I am french and where I live there is no pole dancing teacher. I bought a pole ( X-pole gold) and I need to find videos to start. I really am a beginners, not thin at all. I need to know where to put my hands, arms to turn around properly. Thanks a lot Ophelie

Why not start here 🥂 with our Studio Veena lessons. I have even included strength building exercise you can do with your pole!!

unless you live in my area, and wanted to go to a studio, i only tell people to get veena's video's. there have been SO MANY success stories, myself included- and she's got more amazing video lessons coming (i cant wait!). you can't beat the price for what you get when you purchase her vids.
