Vertical Dance 2 and Jamilla AOP 3,4,5

Hi girls Just wondering if anyone has the Vertical Dance advanced DVD or Jamilla's Art of Pole 3, 4 or 5 series and if so, would you mind listing a few of the moves that are covered in these DVD's? I want to get some DVD's that will challenge me and that also have routines in them (thinking of getting Jamilla routines as well) Would have to get AOP shipped to the UK from Aus so want to know whether it's worth investing in that or whether a Vertical Dance dvd would be just as good Thanks ladies
