IM SO EXCITED!!!!! 🥂 I am the proud purchaser of Veena's Online Lessons!!!! 🥂 🥂 As some of you may already know I had to quit my studio lessons cause I couldnt afford them anymore 🙁 ! I have wanted to purchase Veena's lessons for SO long but Derm (the hubby) would have divorved me if I was to pay for studio lessons AND Veena's lessons!! It works out a HELL of a lot cheaper for me to buy Veena's lessons so Im happy happy! Plus Veena is adding loads of new lessons in the future!!! 🥂 There are load of little extra perks when you purchase the lessons too!! Woop woop!!!!!!!!!!

OMG Ive only been browsing through the lessons while doing a work out & I just did THE SUPERMAN SPIN! I could never do it before!!! Thanks Vee!!!!! 🥂 (Its not wonderful yet but I did it!)

Congrats on the superman spin, it looks awesome 🥂 I am waiting for my next paycheck to buy Veena's lessons, I so want them, but I just got half my car replaced (at least so it feels looking at the bill...) 😈 😈

yeah i liked V's lessons. i had them for a bit but then took a class and my hubby...like urs....was liek ur paying for this monthly AND having classes. so i cancelled my sub but regret it, so ill be starting back up once she post some new things! I thought most of them were SUPER informative! plus its nice to have her here on friday nights in chat to ask any specific ? if I have em!

So, is there going to be new stuff coming out? I thought it would be awesome if she expanded a little more of her "newbie" moves...spins and things, for those of us who aren't up to the inversions and climbs, it still gives a little more repertoire for the dancing and gaining strength. I'm very bad at doing "exercises" like the pushups, because it's not very interesting for me. I've got the lessons, and I'll probably keep an eye out when more stuff comes up!

Yeah Runemist! Veena says she has loads of new lessons on the way! She said last night in chat that she has some spin combos and explanations of how to do your own combos! Woop woop!! I cant wait! 😀

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ive been telling everyone i know here in ny about her lessons. i love how she explains things so simply, ive learned SO MUCH from her lessons 🙂 thank you veena!!!!!!!!! im so excited for the new ones!!

aren't they fantastic???? you learn so much from her, plus their so modestly priced, you get WAY more from veena than in a dvd you'd buy anywhere else, that's my opinion at least 🙂

I haven't purchased lessons yet but I look forward top buying them with my next paycheck. 👍 Its more afforedable. I looked into taking classes as well so I could overcome my fear of being upside down but I saw classes for 15 bucks but only lasted 30 min. Does that even include the warmup? 😐 That may be a good price but I dunno. when I start I rather not stop until I'm ready I usually play on my pole for at least an hour. Anyways I love my pole and once I spend my money I know I can't procratinate so ill stick with it. Besides my boyfriend is supportive of my pole addiction so he will be helping me stick with my lessons. I look forward to it. 🥂

I hope they're all up before my subscription runs out...I'm dirt poor now, and on a student loan, with no hope of making more money till I move and get a job for the summer, and even then, I don't know if I'll have the space for my pole! Argh! I just realized this. 😨 Anywho, the new videos look great, Veena!

There are exercises that can be done with out a pole in the lessons. Some of the strength exercises can be done with a wall or a doorframe. Some of the body movement ones like hip rolls and body waves can be done without a pole.
