so I just purchase the lessons, 🥂 what ones are advance and what ones are okay to start with? Any ideas/help?!!! ☀️

They go in order, so the first pages are warm up, cool down; along with strength and transition moves. Look at the description on each video. All the spins and inverts have beginner, intermediate and advanced in the video description. 🌸
