I was really excited after reading all the reviews on the Xpole that I emailed the company to ask a couple of questions. Thinking that they were going to tell me everything I wanted to hear and I could order my pole today....I was wrong. Xpole can not be used with a vaulted ceiling 😮 I don't know what to do now. Any suggestions on which pole to turn to?

I know Platinum Stages has permanent poles that have fixtures that are angled so you can use them with vaulted ceilings, but I'm not sure how they are. Platinum Stages I guess makes decent poles; they're probably the next in line as far as recommendations go on this site from other forum-ers. I don't think there's a removable pole out there that will fit with an angled ceiling, so unless you found one, you'd have to go with permanent. And also if you know anyone that's fairly handy you could try making a wedge to put on your ceiling to make a flat surface for the pole to be on; then an x-pole would work. HOWEVER, if not done properly this could be very very dangerous, and this generally isn't recommended, but it would be just fine if it's done right.
Hi! I installed my pole a couple weeks ago. I got a 10' pole from Lil Mynx. I also have a vaulted ceiling so I have to buy a special mount. I love my Lil Mynx! I got the spinning one too so it can static or spinning. Totally secure with no worries. I would go with Lil Mynx for a vaulted ceiling! Oh yeah I have it in my living room and it is totally removeable! The vaulted ceiling mount is permanent in the ceiling joust, but all you do is push the pole upward to remove. You can totally do spins and throwing your weight to one side and it doens't wiggle at all!
