I love that first shoulder mount with the side press--anyone have any tips for doing that? Love the whole video--amazing control and grace.
Loved both those videos. Especially loved the elbow grip to true grip switch!!! I'm starting to rethink my 2012 submission goal LOL I cannot compare!
