USPDF East Coast Regionals THIS WEEKEND!

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to remind you the USPDF East Coast Regional Comp is this Sunday, Oct. 3d, at the State Theatre in Falls Church, VA. Doors open at 2:30pm, competition begins at 3pm. The after-party will also be held at the State Theatre immediately following the competition. We're sooo excited for this event! It's going to be fabulous, I hope you can make it! Two other quick things-- 1) We still have room in the following workshops on Saturday, Oct. 2nd: Pole Conditioning with Jessalyn at noon, Advanced Tricks with Jessalynn at 1:15pm, and Pro Pole with Karol at 2:30pm. Workshops will be held at DivaFit's Falls Church studio. Register online at http://www.divafitonline.com. 2) We are having a kick off party at Clare and Don's Beach Shack on Saturday beginning at 7pm (It's across the street from the theater).
