upload a video

Hi, I try to upload a video but it does'nt work very well! it say's the video is being processed since 30 min ...... is it normal? thanks

It should be reporting a failed upload. I just checked on the processing and it is showing that it failed because it is not a valid video file. The most common cause of this is that you upload a project file from your video software rather than a video file. Make sure your video file is a common video format such as MPG, AVI, WMV, MP4 or MOV.

Hi! I'm having trouble uploading a video as well, I've tried uploading it in AVI and MOV but I always have an error message (dec_practice.mov (297.29MB) - IO Error) . Could this be that my file is too big? Thanks for your help.
@pink_bubbles - That error is usually associated with a disconnection during upload. Is your internet Access spotty (does it go off and on occassionally?)
Oh.... Well the connection is pretty bad so I guess that's it. I'll wait until I get a proper internet connection. Thanks for your help!
