unable to buy lessons?

I just tried to buy lessons and couldn't due to paypal taking me to "ADD a Debit/Credit card" page. It won't give me the option to pay with my card that is already in the paypal database. I tried to pay without paypal and it told me I would have to use paypal because the card is already in there, then taking me back to "add a Debit/credit" page again. I don't want to pay with a different card. Help?

OK, I bought lessons. It was an issue with paypal having an old uncomfirmed address on file as my "home". After I took care of that, the purchase went smoothly. Are you going to continually charge me? How do I cancel at the end of 60 days? How do I know how many days I have left? Thanks! I'm looking forward to trying new things.

Check your email....paypal should have sent out information on how to cancel. If you signed up today then unless you cancel they will renew again 60 days from now. As stated when you signed up it is a subscription. Enjoy 😀

Help! I am having this problem too!! I have tried to buy lessons but it takes to me to page that says Link a card to make an instant bank payment Your recipient requires instant payments. To pay instantly from your bank account, simply link a debit or credit card as a backup payment source. We'll charge this card only if your bank payment can't be processed. Do I HAVE to have a CC to get lessons? I don't own a CC, thats why I have paypal. I have been waiting until my semester is over at school before buying them cuz if i got them while in school I wouldn' be learning english, I'd be learning pole dancing!! Today is my first offical day of summer vaca and I want to learn!!

to purchase lessons from paypal you either need a credit card or you must have the money in your paypal account. We have had troubles when using bank accounts and no longer use that method.

Thanks for replying Veena. I do have money in my paypal already. I didnt even know that you could do it the other way. I'm going to try again, or wait and ask someone to lend me their cc.

i too am having problems with pay pal. they took the 2 dollars out of my bank acct but never remebursed me for the conformation number to set up the acct. i take it theres absolutely no other way to pay for the classes?

We only accept PayPal. How long has it been since they've withdrawn the $2. The only thing that should be is an approval, which is where PayPal just checks to see if your account works, its not actually a removal of funds. It should reappear within ten days. The only time they do this is when you add a credit or debit card. If you continue to have troubles please email me at mailto:[email protected].

the money was takens out on the 7th of this month and its stated as a withdrawl ive have gone on the paypal website many times looking for an answer but i havent found one yet. i have also tried contacting them but also no answer.

Hey guys! 🙂 Sorry for digging up such an old thread... but it totally matches my problems, and because of that I didn't want to open a new one. I have a PayPal issue as well - I'm new to it and created the account just to be able to pay for Veena's Lessons. I have already transferred money to the account because I don't own a credit card. According to Veena's posting this should be sufficient, but during the checkout process the site doesn't allow me to skip the step in which I have to choose the mentioned "just in case" cc. 😈 I click the icon and nothing whatsoever happens! >_< Is it possible to do the transaction directly from my PayPal account and not via StudioVeena.com? As far as I have understood it, I would only need an email adress to which I can send the money..?? 😕 Do you have any ideas on this? Some advice would be greatly appreciated! 🌸

Paypal has different criteria on whether to require a credit card, and these criteria are based on all kinds of things from location to age of the account. What most people who've had this problem do is get a money card from Walmart. Money cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo work just like a credit card but are limited to the amount you put on. I hope this helps.

Hi Webmaster! Thx for the reply.. 🙂 I guess the Walmart card is no option for me - as I don't live in the US. My debit card doesn't work in this case either (no Visa or Mastercard logo). Sending the money to StudioVeena's email adress via my account would be the only possibility (at least according to the PayPal guys). If that's not ok with you, I'll have to get a credit card.. None of these obstacles will keep me from signing up for the lessons! 💪

Hi everybody! Digging again the same problem... :) I was wondering if paypal is the only way to pay for the lessons? I don't have a paypal account, and I can not even open one. I live in Maceodnia, and paypal doesn't work with Macedonia. I have a credit and a debit card, but I can not use a paypal. So if there is another way of paying, I would be very very happy to sign in for the lessons.. Thanks in advance, Bojana

Hi, I'm dealing with the same issue. I wanted to buy the 60 days for $35, but it looks like only Paypal works. I wanted to use a credit card. Frustrating.

Paypal accepts credit cards, there should be a drop down option for your credit card payment.
