Twisted Grip Handspring

Hi all! Does anyone have any tips or leads as to how I can get my twisted grip handspring? It has been alluding me for months and everyone else from my first class got it except me, then I went down a class, then everyone in THAT class got it except me. Now I'm still in that class with a bunch of new people who began when I had been poling for almost a year, and now they have all got it and I'm still here trying over and over again and not getting anywhere. It's beconing so frustrating that I'm losing my love of poke. Help!

I've never gotten it either. For me I think it's fear more than strength...for some reasons moves like that are hard for me to just commit and do it, while other equally difficult moves are not such a problem.

If you start in Twisted Grip, with your left hand on top, as you're kicking your left leg up first, try to follow your foot with your eyes. It helped me to twist my body to face up. I'll try to add a video clip.

Are you referring to the descent or ascent into twisted grip handspring?
