So I wanted to buy some shorts and pins and the site keeps telling me I am not logged in and when I do log in I keep getting the message that either my username or password is incorrect. I even went back and changed my password on my profile thinking maybe I had to renew it or something but still no luck.

have you tried taking the spaces out of your username? i had that issue in the chatroom...

it asks for email (sorry I know I typed username but I was wrong) and password and neither of those have spaces in them :(

I tried using my username just now also because it does give the message that the username or password is incorrect ....it did not work either

have you tried changing your username so it no longer has spaces, and THEN logging in? that's what i had to do to get into chat. but, weird: you ARE logged in to the site, because you're posting on the forum... why would you need to log in to buy stuff, again? hm.
From the looks of it, the SV ordering site is a different username than the regular SV site, even if they look the same (diff URL). If you've ordered before, you can login. If it's your first time ordering, simply sign up. :)

heathalynne that was it! Thank you ....didn't think I would need to sign up again because I am a member but it is my first time purchasing clothes thank you amy for trying to help too :) ...now off to buy the pins for NY :)
