Trouble with your x pole orders?!

Ordered mine through the woman who runs the pole classes I go to....£200 I paid and she said she ordered it on monday the 24th Jan and told me it would arrive in 48 hours MAX!!  Its been 7 days and still nothing! She said its unusual for them so I was wondering if anyone else had trouble with their orders?!
