Treating really bad pole burn?

I just took a Chinese pole workshop ok Vegas (which was amazing!) but I ended up getting some nasty pole burn (through my long sleeve shirt!) while working on fonjis. It's very painful and I tore some skin off on my shoulder and have other burn marks on my arm. Is there any way to treat this with some cream or something? I did ice it right after my workshop but I'm worried that it will end up leaving a scar if I don't put some kind of cream on it...
