Hi, I want to work more on this move, but I am really at a loss for ideas on how to transition out this one, other than sliding down to standing on on the floor. Does anyone share their ideas or videos with some good transitions I can see? Thanks for you help!! Jen 😳

On B&P forum we were discussing a move called the Holly Drop, don't currently have a vid but basically you go from Cupid, move the bottom foot off the pole and basically end up in a Flying Cupid or an Outside Leg Hang (Gemini or Scorpio). It was invented when someone accidentally fell out of the cupid. Cupid can also go into a Hummingbird (which is a scary scary move). I imagine it can go into Banana Splits. Split heel is another possible one. Butterfly is possible if you put your upper hand on the pole below the hooked leg. Hobbit is possible, so is the Extended Hobbit (but neither of them are pretty moves) If you want photos, all these moves (barr the Holly Drop) can be found on the moves catalogue at WikiPole http://www.wikipole.org

Thanks for the suggestions, Lola! I will def be looking those up as I have never heard of some of them. I usually go into it from a split heel and I can't do the banana splits yet. Never thought of butterfly, so I'll have to try that out.
