Evening my pretties! I am trying to put together a routine, and am struggling to figure out a graceful, interesting transition out of cross knee and cross ankle release. Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

I can't do them... But the first things that come to mind are brass monkey and janeiro. I'm working on them from CKR and CAR now

What about CKR or CAR into handstand the into bow and arrow from the handstand?
Something a little easier would be maybe CAR into a wrist seat into plank with a open leg variation and spin down into splits to the floor...
Oh, or like drop into iguana?
