Tracking Info on X-Pole purchase?

My husband ordered an x-pole for me on 2/1/12 (wednesday) through paypal. He said he hasnt got a confirmation email or anything saying that they recieved the order. I was wanting to know how long the processing takes and when we will receive a tracking number. My husband is deployed so all info is most likely going to be sent to his email and i need to let him know when to check it.
