Hey ladies, Just suggesting, there is this site that allows you to open challenges and invite your friends to join. I am a newbie so I'm like thinking of opening like a "Newbie Challenge" say like 10 pole holds for the next 7 days or something. Any thoughts? Or has any of you used the site....maybe there are already challenges that I dont know about.

I think that would be pretty cool. If I had an at home pole, I would def. want to be a part of the challenges.

Awesome Dottie. Oops...I actually did not name the site. Its socialworkout.com and Im hoping someone will like to join me on this one.
Sounds fun! Let me know if you get something started :) I use fitocracy right now for tracking my workouts/pole practices.

oh cool! i use nexercise but i feel so lonely there not a very social friendly app. i just signed up for fitocracy and added the group polers & pole enthusiasts...i think one of which is by studio veena, not sure. i'll update soon if any challenge will start where we can track each others progress....
