Top inserts ball mount

Hi! I am purchasing ball mounts to use at a new venue and I have been told to get the top inserts which I thought were for ‘pole away’ however I will need to take the poles down each time so is there another top Insert I can use? Would the ones used for the top domes be suitable? (The longer ones)
