Tony or Lucious Shoes?

My online shoe quest led me to Tony Shoes (style 134) and Lucious Shoes (Eyecandy 609). Are the Lucious shoes identical to their Pleaser counterparts (Kiss 209), except made in the US? Is there a discernible quality difference? On a similar note, Tony shoes seem to be handmade in the US. Has anyone worn any style by these brands and what is your experience?
