Didn't know quite where to post this, but.. OH MY GOD I'M SOOOO IMPRESSED by all of you! Having just realised how HARD pole dancing is, I'm just mystified, in awe of all of you, even the tiniest spin makes me soo impressed now! I feel like a big wobbly clumse on the pole, making the whole house shake when trying to do a spin, falling off!!! Creds to all of you! From a poor, battered soul!

It'll get better, promise!! We all feel like that. Some of us more than others. So, when are you going to do a routine to "Me and Mrs Jones"??? 😂 (My husband gets called Mr Jones as too many people think I took his name when we married!)

It does get better! I started last fall and almost gave up after a month or so of little progress. I was out of shape and getting beaten and battered on every move. So I lowered my expectations and danced more for fun than mastering new moves. I also added weight training in there and slowly progressed. Now I can do lots of spinning and a couple inverts, and I've lost 12 pounds! Props to you for sticking to it!

Awww don't worry it will get better! I don't know if you ever saw the video of me trying to pole dance after having baby Henry but, I truly empathize with you about the struggle and PAIN oh man, the pole burn!!! Keep at it 🌸 🌸
