So I finally got this move last thursday! I found this tutorial to be rather helpful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbGtoovvuvE Another thing that I think helps is to really think about engaging the upper back and not just leave it all to the lower pack. When I think about my upper back and shoulders and engaging them it makes it so much easier to stick. Hope that helps!
