Tips on descents when climbing a pole

Hi Venna.. I was wondering do u have any videos maybe I haven't gotten to yet that have tips on descents when climbing a pole . Example my teacher true teaching. Me to descend from pole by using body rolls . I can do body rolls off the pole not coming down. Another example any tips on descending maybe in a half split for those who can't do splits yet. These r just some little things I have issues with . No rush whenever u have time or anyone I would love tips. TIA 😊
