Thinking about opening my own business

Hi All, I've been poling for four years and found I really love teaching. I love watching my students grow. I have a boyfriend in a city 2.5 hours away and things with him are going really well. If things progress and I end up moving I would like to open a small pole studio in his home city which no longer has one. Thoughts and advice please. Thank you!
