any one going to submit a video? i dunno, a part of me thinks they went to big the first time, so the rest of us are terrified lol i mean i think ive came along way since i first started.. but no i dont think im at a level of any of those gals... lol just asking cuz the deadline is in august and i have yet to see any submissions xD

As I recall, there were like... 2 people who posted early, and then EVERYONE AND THEIR MOM posted in the 3 days before deadline. Must be a lot of procrastinating pole dancers

The USPDF should do a multi-level competition with beginners, intermediate, advanced and insanely advanced. 😀

Aww man I wish they had a beginner level! The studio I go to holds an annual competition but it's run kind of funny. Like, there are different levels you can compete in; Pole Princess (no inverts) vs. Pole Diva (anything goes) But in the end there is only one winner, so the princess's will end up competing with the diva's and I don't know how flashy a routine without inverts can be, especially when you're competing against people who invert! ....it's wierd 😐
I def agree, there should be categories. There were so many great dancers in that NY competion. I used to take lessons from one of them - Jessalyn Medairy at Xpose Fitness in Maryland. I can do a lot of the stuff she does but the difference is the WAY you do the moves. How you hold yourself, your lines, your energy, your showmanship, your creativity, your speed, your flexibilty, your precision. It takes people years to get that good!! Most of the best pole dancers have childhood gymnastics, ballet, tap, etc under their belt. Sometimes I feel like they are on par with olympic contestants. The fitness level is through the roof!! It would be nice to have a contest for average, middle of the road girls like me!

i totally agree =) hehe what we should do is just submit videos for shitsngiggles and like title it "entry for beginner level USPDF east coast 2010" rofls i told my friend that i thought about just entering just because lol whats the worst that can happen cept all the pole comm giving u wonderful comments ^^? NO U SUCK NEVER SUBMIT A VDO EVER AGAIN!! 🧿 😂 😂 unlikely so why not ^^ hehe i just told my hubs what i wrote and hes like "yea the worst u could get is "you're gettin' there" and that in its self is even a compliment" ^^ i love teh hubs 🫡
hehe I might do it sometime just to say that I did it...but would have NO intentions on actually getting in 🙂 As castle said, just for shits n giggles 🌸
