I've only heard about the move called the "Switch" twice. Is there a video somewhere of this? I'd really like to see what it looks like.

Its in the lessons....http://ver3.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4079 😀 Its an ab exercise....not sure what a Switch pole move might be.
Unless it's the scorpio switch (starting with a scorpio on one side then bringing your leg back over, switching the side your body's on then dropping into a scorpio on the other side) ??

Raven, can you describe it? I wish I could describe it. All I can tell you is I don't think its the Gemini/scorpio switch. A few months ago, a friend of mine taught himself how to do some sort of switch jade split. And I recently read that Anastasia s. just mastered the switch.

Any chance you mean doing the jade switch, basically you start in jade, then do a torso twist and jade on the opposite side?

Stellarmotion does that combo! He was working on it right before the competition. I haven't seen anyone else do it yet. He's on this site too, if you want to send him a message to see if he'll videotape it for you.
