Tips on this move....well I think that is the name of it. Is once you are up on on the pole, you swing the leg that is infront of the pole to the other side and as you slide down your body goes around the pole. I love this move, but I can't get my going around the pole move. Did I make any sense? 🙂 sorry I don't know how else to explain it. 🤐 Thanx for your help

What you're trying to basically do is a body spiral down the pole. The main problem though is that you are dropping your shoulders and straightening your elbows so that your body drops before it spirals out and around. You need to keep your shoulders and elbows engaged as you come out to the side and around the pole. If you walk into a standing fireman it may help you to get the momentum before you "ribbon" down the pole - don't bring your front leg all the way around the pole but instead, push off with the back leg once you are all the way up. However walking into the standing fireman requires that you switch your hand grip at the top, so that your outside hand now goes ABOVE your inside hand.
