The Icelandic pole dancing championship. :D

So the first Icelandic pole dancing championship ever was held on saturday. And I got in second place! 🙂 I am just so happy! And I am happy with how it turned out. This was my first real pole performance ever to. I changed my song and started making the choreography a week before the competition. I was so nervous that whole week because I was late to start preparing for it. The poles at the competition were a lot taller, thinner and different finish. And I wasn't happy enough about my last practise the night before. And then I got on the stage, the song started, I started dancing, the crowd started screaming and cheering. It was amazing! I became so focused, moved differently and better then I ever have. Filled in the blanks that I had been worrying about. I didnt make ugly constipated faces while doing the tricks. Even managed to smile doing some tricks lol. And I didn't feel any pain anywhere during my performance wich surprised me becasue everything hurt so bad the last weeks, even the easiest moves because I had been poling ALOT for the competition. So yeah. It was great 😛 I won Miss Sexy and Sara, a designer and owner of the store Forynja who was a sponsor at the competition picked me to get her prize and best of all, second place 🙂 After the competition I heard that the judges had been almost fighting over who should win, me or the girl that won and I got so many people I had never seen before coming to me and telling me that I should have won. 🥂 Well I just wanted to share my experience and excitement about this. 🙂 Am going to post a video hopefully tonight of my performance. And the competition will be showed on TV later and hopefully I can get that video and maybe they got some better angles 🙂
