So it's day 4 on the pole and my roomie and I just achieved the cradle (yes yes Y-E-S!) which is exciting because before I couldn't even get the position. 😀 The only thing is we're only each able to get one full turn in and after that the momentum kind of stops. 🤔 Any suggestions? All advice is appreciated!

I just really whip that outside leg around. My pole instructor says to pretend you're in a video game and you're surrounded by ninjas and you have to try and kick them all in the head all the way around the pole. You don't actually kick all the way around but it gets a ton of momentum going. Might help.

I can't do this one, at least not very well. My form is terrible! But kudos to you and I'll be stealing notes from this thread... 🙄 Great job!

Oh yeah, one more thing. I'm sure you've seen it but Veena has a cradle tutorial as her 2nd free sample video on the home page. So if you haven't seen it yet that helps a lot too. She really emphasizes the curling around your pole. So if you've just done a kick kinda out and around and then curl in around your pole the laws of physics apply and increase your momentum (yes, I'm a science nerd). Beyond that, I just had to practice a crap ton for a few days and then got it. Now, I'm working on doing a cradle with the close hand grip (not sure the real name) to a spinning invert (again not sure real name). I actually first saw it in Zombie Strippers so I guess the film wasn't a total waste of money. It's definitely still a work in progress.

oh i just got the cradle spin too! i got lots of bruises on my upper thighs, but i got it! can´t do much else yet though... congrats to you! 🌸 frida 🌸
