Hey all, I just found this interesting article about how the brain adapts to spinning. It's discussed in the context of ballerinas doing pirouettes, but I can't see a reason why it wouldn't apply to spinning pole as well. Enjoy! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-24283709
