Yay, I'm glad it caters to beginners. That takes some serious booty control! The first time I tried any kind of booty pop was at Fawnia's studio in vegas. I could barely do an alternating cheek flex (don't even know what that's called!) Booty moves are not even my personality at all, but I feel like I should still pay homage and have it in my repetoire. I think it's totally cute and cheeky(!) when Veena busts out a playful booty wiggle in her vids.
oh yes...going to have to buy thius one :)

FiyaStarta had my booty clapping with in minutes of meeting me in Jamaica and I though my booty would never clap. Still have lots to learn though so I need to get the DVD.

I got my dvd yesterday. Watched it. Giggled . " Shake that last bit of salt . Ahhhh" :) Did it today. Dead. It was fun.
Just got mine today-I love the upbeat and fun attitude! I had to try a few of the moves--I am surprised to say that they work...'cause I consider myself pretty close to bootyless! The moves are shown and explained well, then followed by written tips for each move. I love my free gift-it's hot!
I am ordering now. How long from the time you ordered til you got it in. That is probably the best part of being post partum-I got a big booty to shake!I gained 3 in there and have kept it too even after losing my weight.

Oh I just got my DVD! It's a lot of fun. 😉 I don't think I'll ever get my booty to move like that but it's fun to try. And I can feel my muscles working. FiyaStarta, could I make a tiny suggestion for your next booty DVD? Please don't wear all black! I can't see some of the moves too well coz all of you are in black pants and sometimes I can't see the proper way to shake too well because your pants sometimes blend in with the black floor/wall. Still love it though!!! ❤️
@gummypia yayy! thanks so much we didnt want to offend people thats why we did the black on black but...we are taping the 2nd DVD in two weeks and we have bright printed bottoms so you'll see all the vibrations lmbo!! to all the Veeners! @fiyastarter. what's going to be on the next dvd-or at least the subject: more bootyclap ( I can't imagine what else one can do with their butt), floorwork, etc...? Btw, I'm going to be working these moves into my freedances ; )
Super quick shipping...just got mine...
I need to learn the moves, so I started playing the dvd, watched the instructional chapters (only made it through the first 6-8), then did each move for 60 sec each...sounds too easy right...? NO! These are some challenging moves-in a good way! I totally see them working our core, booty, abs, hip flexors, and legs! Don't forget to wear some shorts/pants with wording on them to enhance the view ; )

Just did the whole workout. My hubby watched me the whole time and we both loved it😉 The nasty dawg is so hard! The one where the ear is to the floor as well as the bucking! I can only get like 3-6 in off of the floor! You girls are so strong! I love all of the moves. This is my kind of cardio work out. What is the new video gonna be about?
